We want you to have a great experience with Grabit. If something doesn’t go as expected with a product or service purchased through our platform, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable for purchases made directly through the Grabit app or website. Items or services must be eligible based on the terms listed at the time of purchase. Digital goods, promotional items, and consumables are generally non-refundable unless defective or undelivered.

Return Conditions:

Physical products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Time Frame:

All refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be honored.

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Downloaded digital content (e.g., eBooks, software)
  • Services already used or consumed
  • Items returned without original packaging
How to Request a Refund or Return:

Processing Time:

Once your request is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The credited amount will be reflected in your original payment method.
