We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel orders or services through Grabit and any conditions that apply.
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. If the order has already been confirmed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
You may cancel scheduled services up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You can cancel subscriptions at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
Grabit reserves the right to cancel orders or services automatically in cases of non-payment, invalid information, or technical errors. You will be notified immediately if this occurs.
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
